Bill Payment

Water bills are usually mailed by the 25th of each month and payments need to be received by the 20th of the following month. For example: if a water bill is mailed by November 25th, payment must be received in the Winkler Water Supply office by December 20th.

Pay with a Credit or Debit card 

Pay with a CREDIT or DEBIT CARD at www.winklerwater.com. There is a convenience fee for using this feature. The convenience fee goes to the card processor - not to Winkler Water Supply. You can now pay our bill 24/7.  We accept Master Card and Visa.

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take several business days to post to the customer's account.

Please keep in mind your bank may show your online check as processed, but that does not mean Winkler Water Supply has received the check. Please consult with your bank for more information.

Automatic Bank Draft

The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the Bank Draft Authorization Form located in the Forms & Reports Section above and drop it off or mail it to our office, along with a voided check.

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please mail early. To avoid late fees, your payment must be received on or before the due date specified on your bill (the 20th day of the following month).

Payment Drop-Off Location

You may bring your payment to the office or insert it in the payment slot located to the left of the front door. We accept cash, check, or money orders, but please do not put cash in the payment slot. We need to give you a signed receipt for your payment.
