Listed below, you will find our current rates and policies. The customer is responsible for payment based upon the account's monthly base rate and the number of gallons recorded on the meter. The customer pays for the water usage recorded even if it was associated with a large or small leak.

Our community's water meters are usually read in the 3rd week of each month. Water bills are usually mailed on or before the 25th day of each month, and payments are considered late if they are not received in our office by the 20th day of the next month.
