Drought Contingency

Winkler Water Supply purchases raw water from Tarrant Regional Water District (TRWD) and is contractually obligated to follow TRWD's Water Conservation and Drought Contingency Plan. The Winkler Water Supply Board of Directors adopted the plan in June 2019.
